Awastone - A Riverside Haven

This Riverside Haven is a well appointed and relaxed spot that will keep you coming back for more. The spectacular riverfront powered site views do not disappoint. If you need power and have a tent as well, please contact our office before booking as we have limited sites adequate for this purpose.
During the summer our licensed café serves breakfast lunch and dinner, coffees and drinks.
Our fun splashy river activities meet at the licensed café and run 3 times a day.

Mangaweka Campground provides a budget camping option in an open plan riverside setting. There are no lines, no numbers allocating campsites, so the nature of this campground means first in first served! If you need power, you are best to book a site at Awastone to ensure you have the power you require.

We're currently in our shoulder season - our Café is open on weekends and River Activities are limited.
Both Campgrounds remain open and the reception for both Awastone & The Mangaweka Campground is located at Awastones Main Office.
